"I can not say enough about Lee’s Heating and Air. From the courtesy and politeness you could hear with a smile when my first phone call was answered by Yvonne even though I called extremely upset and lost due to the fact another heating and air company out of Calvert City left me hanging for 10 weeks with no A/C in 90+ degree heat from June 7 to my call on Aug 15th, not returning any calls to myself or Warranty Company who I was required to go through for my service. Finally given Lee’s Heating & Air’s number as a 2nd contractor from my warranty company, I called and they have been amazing. Yvonne scheduled me the very next day . Charles came out, found issues, some thought to have been caused by previous company, spent the time to diagnose and come back the same afternoon to repair what was needed from their screw up and confirm it was the compressor. I have no doubt that my AC will be repaired in a couple days once compressor arrives. Thank you Lee for coming through like champs and with such a helpful and positive approach. I can not say enough about this team. Charles, the technician who came to my home was so courteous and answered all my questions. He was even apologizing for my air being out so long when it was not his fault, what a great person! What amazing customer service provided from the first phone call. Such a great pick me up, 150% after the worst experience with the worst contractors ever."
